Make a Complaint

Our ultimate aim is to provide the highest level of service for our clients leaving no reason to complain. We do however recognise that complaints can help us to learn and make important changes to our business.
We will always attempt to resolve your complaint as promptly and as fairly as possible, and our complaints procedures are in compliance with Financial Conduct Authority requirements.

If you'd like to make a complaint you can do so by telephone, email, letter or face to face.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
​
Please note however, that the FOS will not look at a complaint until it has been raised directly with us and we have been given reasonable time to respond.
